Project ID: The scientific project human resource position is purely temporary in nature and co-terminus with the project. The essential qualifications and experience, etc., required for the position have been mentioned below.

Application Process:

Selection Procedure:
• Only complete applications will be considered. Incomplete applications or applications without prescribed format or received after due date will not be considered.
• Assessment includes a written test (50 marks), skill assessment (50 marks): Total 100 marks.
• The assessment will be conducted offline in a physical mode.
• Date and Time of Written Test/Interview:
Written Examination would be held. The examination would consist of multiple-choice questions in the subjects of General Science, General Analytical ability, and knowledge of concerned area etc. This will be followed by skill assessment.
Venue: - Demonstration room, Department of Anatomy, Ground floor, College building, AIIMS Nagpur, MIHAN, Nagpur.
• The skill assessment would be conducted in the subject areas of Human Resource & Financial Management, Social Science Research with focus on cancer and integrated medicine approaches, patient care, research etc.
• Shortlisted candidates must report with the following documents on the day of Interview.
I. Duly filled application form which has been submitted online.
II. Self-attested photocopies for submission (two sets):-of proof of date of birth (birth certificate/class 10th certificate), eligibility qualification mark-sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with statutory council (if applicable) and other relevant testimonials.
III. Original certificates for verification.
• The candidate should bring along with original certificates, two recent passport size colour photographs and aadhar card (two Self-attested photocopies and original/e-aadhar) failing which he/she will not be allowed to participate in the walk-in-written test.
• No walk-In forms will be entertained on the date of interview.
• No enquires shall be entertained in this regard after due date.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test, skill assessment, and interview.
• Note: The post will be governed as per terms and conditions of ICMR and is advertised in accordance with the fund released by ICMR.
• Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of the candidate will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements.
• The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection.
• All the educational qualifications/certificates shall be from the recognized Board/University.
• All the experience gained shall be preferably from the Govt. Organizations / recognized university/ research institutions and shall be counted after the date of completion of Minimum Essential Qualification.
• Experience from reputed national/international organizations will also be considered.
• Experience shall be from the relevant field/area, as required for the concerned Project.
• The candidate who is already in government service shall submit 'No Objection Certificate" from the present employer at the time of assessment/interview.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
• In case any information given or declaration by the candidate is found to be false of if the candidate has wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to his appointment, he/she will be liable to be removed from the service and any action taken as deemed fit by the appointing authority.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right of any amendment, cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice.
Age Concession:
Age relaxation is admissible in respect of SC/ST/OBC candidates, Retrenched Government Employees, Departmental Candidates (including projects), and ex-servicemen in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Government from time to time. Age relaxation to the extent of services rendered in similar research projects will also be admissible for experienced and skilled persons.
Job Description:
Assisting in conducting the project in the form patient care, panchakarma procedures, data management, assisting in the process - of procurement and maintenance of tools & equipment, financial record keeping and any other tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Contract Terms:
1.Tenure: Above posts are purely for project purpose and selected candidates cannot claim benefits of permanent posts. The assignments are purely on contract basis for the period specified above. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS Nagpur or ICMR or for continued contractual appointment.
2.Expiry of Contract: The period of employment may be initially for 11 Months only and renewable additionally for maximum 19 months based on satisfactory performance. The contract will automatically expire on completion of 11 Months period specified above until it is renewed with mutual consent for the decided period. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Leave and Accommodation:
• Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of the ICMR/NHM leave policy governing extramural / short term research projects as amended from time to time.
• Accommodation: No hostel or any other accommodation will be provided by the Institute / Principal
Investigator.
