SCHOOL EDUCATION  DEPARTMENT

School  Education–  Mega DSC The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Test (AP TRT) for the posts of School Assistants (SA) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal  Parishad, Municipality Schools, Municipal  Corporation Schools, Tribal elfare Ashram Schools, and for the posts Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT ) and Physical Education    Teachers(PET) in the Juvenile welfare Department schools and  for the posts of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT-Special Education), Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT-Special Education) and Physical Education  Teachers(PET)  in the Department for the  elfare of Differently Abled  Schools in the State.

1. In pursuance of the orders issued  by the Government  in G.O.Ms. ,School   Education (Ser.I)  Department, for vacant posts of the School Assistant and Secondary   Grade  Teacher  posts  in  the   District under various managements of Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Municipality  Schools,  Municipal  Corporation  Schools,  Tribal Welfare Ashram  Schools,  Department  for the  Welfare of  Differently  abled and Juvenile  Welfare  Department schools  in the state, applications are  invited  for  appointment  of   teachers  through Andhra  Pradesh Teacher  Recruitment Test APTRT-  District  Selection  Committee  DSC.

2. The  application   form  is   available   in  the  Commissioner of  School Education official website. The eligible candidates can apply through online  for recruitment  to the posts of  School Assistants (SA) Languages, Non-Languages, Physical Education and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT) in Government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, Municipality Schools, Municipal Corporation  Schools,  Tribal  Welfare  Department  Ashram  Schools, and  for the  posts  Secondary Grade Teachers  (SGT) and  Physical Education Teachers in the  Juvenile welfare Department schools and TGT  Special  Education,  SGT  Special  Education and  PET in  the Department for the Welfare of  Differently abled schools in the  State through the concerned selection committee.

4. Applicants are advised to carefully read the Information Bulletin and ensure they meet the eligibility criteria  for this  recruitment  before proceeding with the fee payment and submission of the application.

5. The persons  already  working  in Government Service/  Autonomous bodies/  Local  bodies  / Government Aided  institutions  etc., whether in permanent or temporary capacity  or as work charged employees are required  to inform  in writing  to their  Head of  Office/Department that they are applying for this recruitment.

6. The Information Bulletin will  be available on official website from the date of issue of notification which can be down load at free of cost.

7. The applicants   have  to  pay  an  amount towards application fee for processing and conduct of  Recruitment Test (for each   post   separately) through  Payment Gateway from. The  last date  for  payment  of   fee, submission   of   application   online   and  uploading  all  the   requisite certificates  online. On  receipt  of  fee the  candidate shall  be issued  a ‘Journal  Number’  with  which he/she can proceed with  submission  of  application  online.  Issue of  Journal  Number does not   mean   that   the  candidate  has  completed  submission of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received. 

8. The Candidates who  applied  for  the   earlier DSC cancelled notification issued vide GOMs.  must  reapply for the  same  posts  without any payment.  However, if a  candidate  wishes  to  apply  for  a different post, they must be paid the fee separately for each additional post they apply to.

9. The step by step  procedure for submission  of  application  through online  will   be  given  in  User  Guide  on  official  website which will  be made available. The post-wise  vacancies  in each district/Zone will  be available  in website.

10. Candidates  are advised  to frequently  visit  the  official website  for update information about the Mega DSC recruitment process.

11. AGE:  No  person shall  be eligible for this  recruitment if he/she is  less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 44 years of age. However, in case of  SC/ST/BC/EWS  candidates the maximum  age  limit shall  be 49 years and in respect of  Persons with  Benchmark  Disabilities candidates  the maximum  age  limit shall be 54 years as per G.O.Ms., School Education.

Upper age limit for Ex-service Men:
A candidate who has served  in the Armed Forces of the Indian Union is eligible for age  relaxation. The length of  service rendered in the Armed  Forces, plus an additional three years, shall  be deducted from  the  actual  age  of    the  candidate   for  the   purpose   of determining the maximum age limit for eligibility.

Note: The age  relaxation  for Ex-servicemen  is  applicable  for those who have been released  from Armed  Forces other  than  by  way of Dismissal or Discharge on account of misconduct or inefficiency.

12. Qualifications:  Post-wise qualifications (as   prescribed in G.O.Ms School Education (Ser.I) Department,  are given in the Information Bulletin.

13. Computer Based Test (CBT): The Computer Based Test will be conducted  in  all  district   headquarters /  municipalities   / revenue divisions / mandals. Candidate shall appear for the Computer Based Test in the allotted examination center.

14. Normalization  procedure/  Technique  will be adopted for MEGA DSC. 

15. Computer Based  Test  (CBT)  sessions  will  be conducted for all the notified posts.

Note:-
Examination  Sessions  will  be enhanced (or) reduced basing  on the number  of   candidates   applied   for  the  Teacher   Recruitment   Test (TRT). For Detailed schedule of  written test, candidates should follow official website.

16. The details  of  eligibility criteria,  Rule of  Reservation,  structure and pattern of  examination, syllabus etc., for each category of  posts are given in ‘Information Bulletin.’

17. Hall  tickets  shall  be  issued  to the  candidates  based  on the  data furnished   online.   Mere   issuance of   Hall  Tickets   and  writing   of examination does not confirm any right regarding eligibility.

18. Candidates  who submit  false/fake  information  in online  application form shall be liable for criminal prosecution besides rejection of  the application or cancellation of selection, as the case may be.

19. Candidates  with  D.Ed  (Special  Education)/  B.Ed  (Special  Education)on appointment  to the post pertaining  to general  schools  as SGT/S.A   are  required   to  undergo  six   months  Special   Programme  in Elementary Education recognised by  the NCTE.

20.  The candidates  applying  for the  posts  must  be fully qualified  for the post applied  for and  must  be in possession  of  all Certificates  as on the  last   date   for  submission   of   applications   prescribed   in  the notification.  Only  those   candidates  who  are   in  possession  of   all eligibility certificates,  should  apply  for the post and there shall  not be any kind of relaxation / exemption given in this regard.

21. The  syllabus   for  Mega DSC is hosted  in  the  CSE   Official Website. The candidates may download and prepare themselves accordingly.

22. Eligibility for each  category  of   the  post,  reservations,   mode  of selection, pattern of examination including duration, total marks and qualifying  marks and other procedure to be followed in selection  as per  G.O.Ms.,   School   Education   (Ser.I)  Department. Candidates are  advised   to  go through  the  G.O. thoroughly,  understand posts notified,  qualifications  and eligibility, step by  step process of  filling up of  application  etc., before payment of fee and filling the applications to know their eligibility.

23. The  syllabus/topics  given  are  only  suggestive/  indicative  but  not exhaustive.

24. Submission of Application Forms: 

i) Candidates  who are  qualified  and  intending  to  apply  for  posts notified  in respect of  any district  shall  submit  online  application  as per prescribed procedure. 

(ii) Candidates    who   submit    false/fake    information    in   online application   form  shall   be  liable   for  criminal   prosecution   besides rejection  of  the application  or cancellation  of  selection,  as the case may be. 

(iii)  Management   wise  and  Post  wise  Option:  Since,   the notification   is   issued   including   the  vacant  teacher  posts  under different   managements   run  by    the  government,  the  candidates applying    for  the   posts   should    mandatorily    follow   the    below procedure:- 

a) The candidates can apply for more than one post under different managements as per his eligibility. 

b) If a candidate intends to apply for more than one post, he/she must indicate  the order of  preference for the posts at the time of submitting the application.  

For example: If a candidate is applying for multiple positions such as School Assistant (Physics), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and School Assistant (Mathematics), they should clearly specify   their   preferences   in  a   sequential   order,  i.e.,  preference:  School  Assistant  (Physics), preference:  TGT,  preference: School Assistant (Mathematics). This order  of preference  will  be  considered  during  the  selection  and allotment process, and once submitted, it cannot be changed.

c) The Options exercised in the online application, shall be final. 

d) The allotment of posts to the selected candidates shall be made subject to merit cum roster, and vacancy position.

e) If a candidate  applied  for more than one post and comes under zone of  selection  of  different  posts / managements, he/she will be  selected   as  per  the  priority   option   exercised   by    the candidate  at the time  of  application  submission.  And  his/her name will not be considered for remaining posts selection. 

f)  Once a  candidate  is  selected  for a  post  based  on the  given order of  preference,  he/she will  forfeit  the opportunity  to be considered  for the  remaining  posts  or  managements. Accordingly,    the   candidate's    name   will    be   automatically removed  from  all  other   selection  lists  for  which  he/she  had applied.  This ensures that each selected  candidate  is  allotted only one post,  as per the declared preference.

g) Candidates  are advised  to exercise  their  option  with  extreme caution  while  selecting  their  order of  preferences  for posts  / managements. 

h) The  candidate  must  personally  complete  all  sections  of   the application form and thoroughly review the information before submission. 

i) Once application  is  submitted,  the same shall  be  final and  no option for editing the application. 

j) The candidate will be solely responsible for the accuracy of  the information provided.  

(iv) Certificates Upload: 

a) Candidates  have to upload  the required  certificates  at the time of submission of application. 

b) Persons with bench mark disability Candidates have to upload SADAREM (Software for assessment  of  disabled for access, rehabilitation     and    empowerment)    Certificate     to    claim reservation  under  Persons  with  Benchmark  Disabilities categories.

c) Ex-servicemen    have   to   upload    required    certificates    viz.,
Bonafide certificate form the District Sainik welfare officer concerned, discharge Book and Pension Payment Order to claim reservation under Ex-servicemen category.
d) The   certificates   should   be  uploaded   on  the   last   day   of submission  of  Application  Form. Unless  the certificates are uploaded, Hall Ticket will not be generated.


25. The   candidate    must   personally    complete    all   sections    of    the application form and thoroughly review the information before submission. Candidates have opportunity to make corrections before final  submission  and fee payment through payment  gateway.   No option   to  edit  the  form  will   be  provided   after   submission.  The candidate   will    be   solely   responsible   for  the   accuracy   of    the information  provided.  Accordingly,  candidates  are strongly  advised to exercise utmost caution when selecting their preferences for posts and managements.


26. The  number   of   candidates  selected  shall  not  be  more  than  the number of  vacancies notified. There shall be no waiting list and Posts, if any, unfilled for any reason, shall be carried forward for future recruitments.


27. The posts  notified  in the  limited  recruitment  (Notification  number: RECTMT-CSE, )  are  not included in Mega DSC-2025 notification.
 

28. The present Mega- DSC-2025 notification issued supersedes all the earlier GOs viz., G.O.MS.No.11 and GO  MS. GOs i.e., G.O.MS. and GO.MS.No.No.
 

29. Reservations:

There     will    be   vertical     reservations     in   respect   of     Schedule Castes(Group-I,  II & III), Schedule  Tribes,  Backward Classes(A,  B, C,   D   &   E)  and   Economically  Weaker   Sections   and  horizontal reservations  in respect of  Persons with  Benchmark Disabilities, Ex- service  Men,  women and meritorious  sportspersons as per Rule 22, 22(A)  and 22(B) of  AP State and Subordinate  Service  Rules  1996 as amended vide G.O.Ms.No.77, GAD, G.O.Ms.No.3, GAD,30. 3  horizontal    reservation    is    applicable    for   Meritorious    Sports Persons  in terms of  orders and guidelines  issued  by  the Government vide    G.O.Ms.No.47,    General    Administration    (Services.D).
31. The   following  are   the   categories    of    Persons   with    Benchmark
Disabilities   as   per   G.O.Ms.No.77,    G.A.    (Ser-D)   Dept.,   Dated:

 a) Blindness and low  vision

 b) Deaf and hard hearing 

c) Loco    motor   disability   including   cerebral   palsy,   leprosy   cured, dwarfism,  acid  attack victims  and muscular  dystrophy.

 d) Autism, Intellectual  disability,  Specific learning  disability,  Mental  illness. 

 e) Multiple disabilities  from amongst persons under clauses  (a) to (d) including deaf blindness in the posts  identified for each disabilities.

Note:1  The  Person  with   Benchmark   Disability  means  a  person suffering   from  not  less   than  forty  percent  of   any  disability   as certified by  a medical authority except hearing Impairment. Hearing Impairment  means

 a)  “deaf” means  persons  having 70  DB hearing loss in speech frequencies in both ears;

 b) “hard of hearing” means persons having 60 DB  to 70 DB  hearing loss in  speech  frequencies  in  both  ears;  as  per provision  under “Person with Disabilities Act, ”,   The Rights of Persons with Disabilities  Act,  2016  and  The  Rights  of   Persons  with  Disabilities Rules,   as  per  G.O.Ms. Dept.,  for Women, Children,  Differently Abled  & Senior  Citizens.

Note:2 With respect  to Benchmark Disability point (d) i.e, Autism, Intellectual disability, Specific learning disability, Mental Illness, selections will  be made as per the orders of  the Govt., issued vide G.O.Ms.No.12, School Department (Service.I).

32. Induction Training:   All the selected candidates for the notified vacancies  in the  Mega  –DSC-2025 notification  may be required  to undergo Induction Training on “Academics and English Proficiency”.

GOVERNMENT DECISION TO  BE  FINAL:
 

The Government has reserves its right to alter and modify the terms and conditions  including  vacancies  laid down in the  notification  or withdraw the notification at any time
