REQUIREMENT OF SECURITY INSPECTOR, IN DMRC, ON POST RETIREMENT
CONTRACTUAL ENGAGEMENT BASIS
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a Joint Venture company with equal equity participation from the Govt. of India and the Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail-based Mass Rapid Transit System, for Delhi. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, the lifeline of Delhi, prides itself on its ability to nurture its employees through its unique work culture. DMRC is empowered by employees, with MRTS activities spread over Delhi/NCR, and other cities in India and abroad. The average passenger journey per day in Delhi/NCR. In addition to the above, DMRC is involved in providing consultancy services in related areas to a number of cities within India and abroad.
To meet with the requirement of experienced personnel for filling up of the TWO (02) posts of Security Inspector in DMRC, applications are invited from experienced, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian nationality, from among those working in/ retired personnel from Delhi Police on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis–

**Date of Reckoning eligibility criterion shall be: 01/04/2025.
***Candidates selected on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement basis shall be paid consolidated fee as indicated above.
# Candidates must be working in/ retired from the functional grade, on regular basis and MACP will not be considered.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The candidate should be working in/ retired from Delhi Police as Sub Inspector or, Inspector, and should have varied experience of working in last 5 years as Assistant Sub-Inspector or, Sub-Inspector or Inspector in field, i.e., Police Stations or Traffic. The candidate should be free from D&AR and vigilance angle. The candidates, who are in regular service at present, shall also be considered eligible provided they opt for retirement from the service through VRS, or, otherwise, before joining DMRC.
Pay Scale Eligibility Criteria
Candidates working in/ retired from Delhi Police in the CDA pay scale of Level-8 or, Level-7 or, Level-6 , on regular basis, having a minimum of 05(Five) years’ experience as Assistant Sub Inspector /Sub-Inspector/Inspector in field i.e., Police Stations or Traffic.
3.JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for all Security related functions and matters, or, part thereof, pertaining to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.
4.JOB LOCATION/ PLACE OF POSTING:
The incumbent for the post shall initially be posted at Delhi/NCR. However, the selected candidates shall be liable to be posted/ transferred to any of the offices/ Project sites under the control of the corporation in India, or, abroad.
5.PAY AND EMOLUMENTS:
The selected candidate shall be eligible for a consolidated emolument as mentioned above in the table.
The emoluments are in terms of extant rule of DMRC. The remuneration shall be based on their last substantive grade, subject to a maximum amount as indicated above in the advertisement.
6.SCREENING PROCESS:
The selection methodology shall comprise of Personal Interview & Medical Fitness Examination.
(The Medical Examination will be in Bee-one (B-1), category.The details of medical examination are available on the DMRC website).
The selection process would judge different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness. Candidate will have to qualify the screening process and medical Examination, as applicable, before being adjudged as suitable for selection. All related information shall be available only on Website and candidates must regularly check the website for updates.
7.SCHEDULE OF SELECTION:
1.Last date of receipt of duly filled in application (along with relevant documents) through Speed Post, OR, email. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date shall be summarily rejected. DMRC shall not be responsible for loss/delay in post.
2.The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on DMRC website in the Third week (Tentatively) and interview shall be held in the Fourth week at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi OR through on-line mode (tentatively) (Complete details shall be displayed on DMRC website).
3.No separate communication, by post, shall be sent to candidates individually. Candidates are required togo through the instructions/schedule for interview displayed on the DMRC website and appear for theinterviewaccordingly.
4.The final result will be declared by Fifth week(Tentatively).

The candidates presently employed in any Govt. Organization should send their application through proper channel along with the Vigilance and D&AR clearance in the attached pro-formaat Annexure-II, so as to reach the below mentioned address within the stipulated time. All candidates are required to submit copies of their APARs of the last five years.
