Recruitment of Senior Residents for ESICMedical College &  Hospital. Bihta, Patna

ESICMedical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna- 801103 (Bihar) proposes to fill-  up post of Senior Residents on contract basis for 01 (One) year with further  renewal based on prevailing terms & conditions. Eligible candidates may appear in the Walk- in- interview with duly filled AJ;wlicationForm, required documents (with copy) and Demand Draft as Interview Fee,if applicable.

•  Venue: College Council Room, College Building, ESICMedical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna .However, ESICMCH, Bihta, Patna reservesthe right to change the venue, if needed.

General Information:
(i)      Application Form is available with this advertisement.
(ii)     The list of document(s) required is mentioned below. (at SI. NO.7 with heading: List of Documents) No candidate's) will be alloWed for walk- in- interview without verification of original documents.
(iii)    Selection to the post(s) is purely contractual, and it is terminable from either side with one month prior notice. Selection to these posts
does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation.                                                                        .
(iv)    In caseof non-availability of suitable category candidates, the seat(s)may be filled up for lessthan 45 (Forty Five)days by any candidatets)
belonging to other category as per merit basis.
(v)     Reservationwill be regulated as per guidelines issued from Govt. of India on time to time bring.
(vi)    Post(s)are not carried forward/ considered as backlog vacancy in case of unfilled EWScategory seats.
(vii)   As per EWSguidelines posts are not carried forward, hence; in case of non- availability of EWScandidate; other category candidates may be allowed provisionally to apply for the post subject to the condition that they will be considered for the post as an UR candidates & the selection will be only on merit oasis.
(viii)   Seat(s)may increase or decrease at the time of Interview.
(ix) Candidates with incomplete I in-adequate document(s) may not be interviewed. In case the Interview Committee decides to allow such candidate(s) for walk- in- Interview on the grounds that Candidate(s) must submit his/ her document(s) within stipulated time frame by, the results of these candidates will remain with-held till production of required document(s).               ...
(x)     All  Candidates must  have  up-dated   Medical  Registration  certificate  (NMC/State  Medical  Council)  with  all  post  MDI   MSI    DNB
Qualification(s) respectively. In case, candidate(s) do not have up-dated registration from Medical Council, they have to show "Applied for document(s)" to concerned authority at the time of walk- in- Interview. In case,these two clausesare not fulfilled, the candidate either may not be interviewed or their results will remain with- held in casethe expert committee allows them to appear at the interview. 
(xi) Candidates   working   in Govt./  Autonomous/     Statutory   Institution    must  have to  submit   'Noe at the  time  of walk- in interview issued  from their current Employer.In case of  immediate   non-availability of the same, copy of "applied for NOe to  be submitted  at the  time  of walk-in-  interview. 
3.All Candidates   are required  to  have  Relieving Letterfrom the current Employer before joining.
No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining  as Senior Resident at ESICMedical College, Bihta, Patna- 801103. No TA/ DA will be paid to candidate(s) for appearing at the walk- in- interview or submission of any document.
• The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 (Five) Yearsfor SCI ST and 03 (Three) Yearsfor OBC candidates. Candidates seeking reservation benefits under SCI ST/ OBC/ EWScategory Certificates in the prescribed format of Govt. of India in support of their claim. Reservations for PH (Divyyangan) candidates will be maintained as per Gol rule.
The EWS candidates should submit  EWS Certificate as per Annexure- I of Govt. of  India, Ministry of  Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions,DOPTOffice Memorandum 
(iii)    The aBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate should be issued and not prior to 01 (One) Year from the date of walk- in-interview. It has to be as per the format applicable for job in Govt. of India and to be issued by an Officer not below the rank of Sub- Divisional Officer or Equivalent Authority of the concerned State for Central Govt. job.

Terms of Contract:
The nature of job  is purely contractual. The tenure of Senior Resident will be for  01 (One) year from the date of joining  with  provision of renewal subject to  willingness &
satisfactory performance as well as requirement of the institute.
Senior Resident selected in the Dept. of General Medicine will be posted to Medical ICU, Respiratory ICU, Dialysis Unit and Casualty on rotational basis.
Senior Resident selected under Dept. of General Surgery will be posted in Trauma Care Ward and SurgicallCU on rotational basis.
Senior Resident selected in Dept. Of Ortho, General Surgery, General Medicine will have to perform compulsory on-site duty in Casualty following schedule as prepared by Hospital Administration.
Posting mentioned  on 51. No. (ii), (iii) & (iv) are in addition  to their  stemming  departmental   responsibilities.
The contractual engagement may be terminated/  discontinued from either side giving one month  prior notice to this effect without assigning reason. In case of spot resignation by selected candidate, one month's salary is to  be deposited to  ESICAccount through Challan.
No claim for  any service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion  etc. will  be admissible. No other benefits admissible to ESICEmployeesare extended to contractual employees.                                                 . Candidate selected to the  post of Senior Resident has to deposit an amount of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) as Security Deposit through Demand Draft in Favour of ESIFund Account No.2, payable at State Bank of India, Bihta, Patna- 801103 at the time of reporting for joining. Without  Security Deposit, joining  shall notbe  allowed. The Security Deposit will be forfeited  in case the selected candidate resigns/ leaves within one year from date of joining.
This, being a contractual appointment, absence for  period beyond 07 (Seven)days will be treated as abandonment of duty and the contract will be terminated without  any reason and Security Deposit will be forfeited. The selected Senior Resident will have to mark attendance manuall><as well as on Aadhaar Enabled Bio-metric Attendance System (AEBAS)daily during scheduled working days. Accommodation for Senior Residents is available in the Campus and mutual exchange of HRA with Accommodation is not allowed till availability of Accommodation.
Other terms and condition will be applicable as issued by Competent Authority from time to time. 

Feeonce paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

7.  Required Document(s):
The copy of following document(s) should be attached with application form. It shall be verified with original document before interview.
(i)    Admit Card/ Certificate of Class1O'h for Date of Birth.               
(ii)    Copy of Publications/  Training, attendance in the Conference/ 
(iii)   All Marks Sheets,Attempt & Degree Certificate of MBBS,  Workshop/ Seminar,if any,
(iv)   Marks Sheets,Attempt & Degree Certificate of MD/ MS/           
(v)   Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card/ PAN Card- any two of three, DNB/Other, if any,   
(vi)   NOC from Current Employer, if applicable.
(vii)   EWS/OBC/ SCI STCertificate when applicable,                           
(x)    Relieving Certificate from previous Employer, if applicable, 
(xi)     NMC/State Medical Council Registration Certificate (updated),  
(xii)     ExperienceCertificate, if applicable,

8.         Selection Procedure:
(i)      Selection will be made on the basis of credential & performance of candidate in walk- in- interview before the Selection Board.
(ii) Result will be displayed in Website: www.mcpatna.esic.gov.inand www.esic.govin (under Recruitment Section). Offer of Appointment will be sent through E-mail. Selected Candidates will have to join as per instructions mentioned in their offer of appointment.

9.    Important   Note:
(i)   The Candidate(s) may ascertain their eligibility and should report on the scheduled date and time for Interview.
(ii) Application should be submitted for each post separately and in the prescribed format only. The application submitted in any other format or incomplete application will be summarily rejected.
(iii)  Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.
(iv)   Mere submission of Application  does not confer any right to the Candidate to  be eligible for  Interview unless they report on the scheduled date and time for Interview with required documents as mentioned.
(v)  Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility criteria.
(vi)    The Dean, ESICMCH, Bihta reservesthe right to cancel! postpone the Recruitment Processat a'I'Iystage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.                           .
